At Manglerud International Classes students participate in 8 subjects in years 7-9 and 6 subjects in year 10 that are part of the Middle Years Programme. Following the national curriculum, students in years 8-10 are also required to take a foreign language. Students in years 7-10 also participate in "Well-being" which is a pass/fail course focusing on student well-being through reinforcing and teaching of self-management skills, approaches to learning, guidance fof services as action, and/or career advising.

- Arts: Music for half of the year and Arts for the other half
- Integrated Sciences
- Physical Health Education
- Language Acquisition or Langauge & Literature (Norwegian)
From year 8 students also enroll in two hours a week of either French, Spanish or German classes, which is outside of the Middle Years Programme
In Year 10 students are enrolled in

- Integrated Sciences
- Language Acquisition or Langauge & Literature (Norwegian)
Students continued with mandated languages either French, Spanish, or German, and a minimum number of hours of Physical Health Education which targets national requirements for food science (Mat og Helse)
